We specialize in Construction Management, Small Commercial, Underground Utilities, and Quality Site Construction. H&T was established in 2008 by Heather Bailey. Ms. Bailey is a third generation Site Construction and Underground Utility Business Owner.
Ms. Bailey brings with her the construction experience and guidance of her Grandfather, and Father. She is actively involved in all aspects of the company's daily operations. H&T has continued to grow to meet the needs of the Florida Panhandle. We bid and complete projects with a variety of City/ County Governments, FDOT and Public/Private Organizations, as well as the Local Military Bases such as Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AFB, and the Private Commercial Development and Construction Market.
We work closely with all parties involved to insure a quality product that all can be proud of. We pride ourselves with excellent performance and customer satisfaction with an experienced team of Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen. We currently employ about 40 employees in the Walton, Okaloosa and Bay County area.
